You know when you see someone and think, "Okay, I want to be friends with this girl/guy"? A girlfriend of mine, Kenna sent me Meg's page towards the beginning of quarantine. Obsessed was an understatement! Not only did I love her jewelry and style, but her vivacious energy was completely captivating. I was a fan to say the very least.
We have kept up with one another for a while now, and I recently had the opportunity to shoot her in her new silver line that just launched. First date, kinda nervous! I really admire how dedicated she is to her craft. This female boss is someone I personally think anyone can relate to, and she is definitely someone you want to keep on your radar. Not only for jewelry purposes, but lifestyle and blogging as well.
What really caught my eye about her jewelry line is that all of her eclectic pieces are water resistant, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic (nickel and lead free). Most of you know that I reside in a beach town, so I love this! Whether you're swimming, exercising, or just lounging these pieces are designed to be collected, layered, and worn. However, the pieces will last longer if they're not exposed to salt water or chlorine. Remember water resistant and water proof are two different concepts, so just be cognizant of this. Megan believes that your jewels should compliment any outfit without breaking the bank. Which is immensely ideal, as we all are navigating our personal finances through a global pandemic with inflation!
She's always loved gold and even says that her eyes naturally gravitate towards warmer colors, neutral tones, and natural textures. Mix that with her constant need to over accessorize (no such thing in my opinion), the habit of never taking her jewels off before showering, and a hint of a small shopping addiction, and Alchemy & Co. was born! Make sure to check out her website below. Especially with the holidays creeping up. She has a large selection of jewelry and is constantly updating the site to keep up with society's ever-changing trends. What story will your jewels tell? Megan wants to know!
