Hey everyone! Here are two of my favorite summer smoothie recipes that I have been making on the reg recently. Add the ingredients based on your own personal liking. Mine are different just about every time depending on what I might be craving that particular day. The only thing that is consistent is that I try and always buy organic ingredients. They usually taste better. Or if you have a farmers market near you, the produce there is usually the juiciest! So instead of pineapple in a container, get a fresh one and cut it yourself.
I like the pineapple cucumber reset smoothie any time of day, but I usually do it as an afternoon pick me up. I love the cold brew collagen smoothie before, during, or after my morning workout.
